Mice, ticks and local wildlife SHOULD have a safe haven from having to live in a dump with humans. Is that what you mean? Sounds like a wonderful habitat, except the human garbage, but places like that keep out cats, which should all be indoors and licensed anyways. I wish I had ten vacant lots like that around me; good fences make good neighbors, but distance can help too? One day they will develop that lot, and you will be upset over that as well?
