Sharraxaadda

The catch basin at the back of the house where the reservation is, is not working. I have traced the pipe from the basin to the street and it is broken with no water coming out. A stream of water has been flowing straight down to my house and driveway. After one day of rain, the stream of water goes on for days. I have called Public Works and left a couple of messages as well.
