So, the fix was to put a huge metal plate over the drain and pothole? It looks terrible and is still a hazard in the road that drivers should avoid. (In fact the hazard is bigger now than it was before) I would think that the snow plow may catch the exposed lip of the plate too. Not sure what the logic here was? I'm no road expert but this "fix" seems ridiculous.
