Neighbors across the street and their constant guests always block the sidewalk by parking on it. The residing address is 1040 West Greenwood Ave. At any given time during the day they have between 3-5 vehicles at their house, which requires them to park across the street (on my property), and continually block the sidewalks. Pedestrians either have to walk in the street or walk in my yard to get around their cars. Police occasionally drive by, but never stop to ticket the vehicles. It's a nuisance.
