On sidewalk next to or directly below 3320 and 3322 Harrison Street, Oakland there is a missing cement cover for pipes below. There is a drop of more than one foot. If someone inadvertently steps in this hole (especially when it’s dark at night) they could be seriously hurt. This has been reported previously weeks ago and still the City of Oakland Public Works has not fixed the problem and put on a new cover.
