In the morning, the light on Wellington Road coming off of the Merritt SB stays red through 3 cycles of green lights on Wheelers Farm Road. Because the light is stuck in red, I’ve seen several drivers cross WFR dangerously. Observed on multiple days between 7:30/8:30 am. Please fix
