Panera construction detour sends pedestrians onto the street!

So this detour used to at least put you on a strip of street that was blocked off from car traffic, but now it just shunts you right into the oncoming traffic. Not smart.

This has nothing to do with Panera. It is due to bringing more electrical service onto chapel street. Ui is doing their work and there is sidewalk space for walking.

A, do you see the picture? The sidewalk was entirely closed off this morning. There was no sidewalk space for walking. There was a barrier that shunted you into the street. See the people walking in the street? They're not doing so out of choice.
