Does anyone know if the City of Tucson faces additional liability for being informed about these hazards to bicycle transport, and does nothing about it for a year?
I have seen people swerve to avoid these hazards and nearly fall when hitting them at night. These strange giant pavement bumps really need to be addressed by the City.
Send a message to Ann Chanecka at City of Tucson. Let her know your concerns.
