Description
This facility plays loud computer-generated noise through outdoor speakers for almost 2 hours several times a week; this would appear to be a violation of the city's noise ordination, a violation of the GCO banning outside amplification. If it were a bar it would've been treated as a nuisance venue and shut down

I'd have to say that this subject is a complete bullying issue by the Catholic Church . For many years the neighbors of All Saints Cathedral have been vocal about the loud noises coming from their electronic music system . We have pleaded with them through letters, emails, police citations and face to face conversations regarding the continuous length and ongoing loudness of their "musical " noise. We are frustrated and exasperated. What can we do about this. Below is a typical "bell"schedule that you might hear on any given weekend :
7:45am 15 min of loud chocophony of sounds
8:30: 25 mins of loud patriotic hymns
9:00am: 15 mins of more sporadic noise
10:00am: 10 mins of more electronic bells
11:00am: 10 mins of more noise
12:00noon: 25 mins of more noise
3:45pm: 15 min of more hymns
5:00pm: 25 minutes of more hymns
Doesn't the neighbors of All Saints deserve quiet as well? This is every weekend all year long and holidays are even worse. When will it stop and when will the police take a stand? I believe the church is doing its regular tactics.
