  this is archived i know. but for historical accuracy: this car has been reported many many times as well as a white pickup. both belong to house half a block away. its in archive here on this site. how both cars are abandoned yet move back and forth close to where they are registered yet STILL are reported abandoned is what it is and is defacto PROOF in and of its self that they cannot be abandoned nor are inoperable..
  as to why there was no ticket on Subaru, ill tell you why. it is because i took it off when i checked on it and realized i forgot to move it on sweep day. oh yeah.. didnt think of that did we? it ok i payed it and car now regged and driving. thanks for looking out.
