    there is a recently formed pothole in in the road locatated slightly off center toward the south.

    vehicles headed westfrom Broadway first enter blind turn in a very narrow st, are blinded by the evening sun and immediately come onto this pothole. swerving left into oncoming traffic or toward parked cars on the right. many dangerous near misses constantly occurring.

    vehicles headed east from college drift left into oncoming traffic right before blind turn to avoid same pothole.

    dangerous. many pets, elderly, and slow children live here. extreme caution should be exercised by traffic but is not creating very dangerous and unsafe situation. prioritize this ASAP.

    its wet looking. water had come out of street before. highest point on block, maybe EBMUD pipe.

    Gravel is loose and continues to deteriorate.

    there is a odor wafting, but due to vehicles moving at high rate and a slight breeze it is not readily apparent where the odor is emanating from nor the level, if any, of hazard and immediate danger to any persons in street or inside residences.
