  Park Blvd was configured to be a 25 mph zone, 35 mph max! Unfortunately since it's a main thoroughfare and called a "boulevard" people treat it like it's an eight lane roadway. I've caught myself exceeding the safe limit many times, I think Park Blvd in general needs more traffic "calming" devices installed, mainly physical barriers or at least 2 additional stoplights between MacArthur Blvd and E.21st St. There are too close calls and/or accidents daily between those two intersections of Park Blvd.

  I’ve lived 2 blocks off park blvd over 10 years. It’s awful, awful, awful! The traffic lights added a few years ago near 20/21st are such a joke. Obviously were put in to try red light ticketing, not for safety. There needs to be a light at e 28th. That’s such a nightmare. But YES to any calming measures we can get.

  This crossing is horrible. The sight line going east from the Montclair Ave side is obstructed from parked cars so you can’t see coming vehicles until they’re right on you, very dangerous when drivers are pushing 40+ mph. I’ve seen groups of bussed school kids dropped at this crossing and having to wait for a dozen cars to pass before someone would finally stop. Park’s crossings need visible flashing cross signals, islands, and actual law enforcement for reckless driving.

  Should be change to single lane of each direction same as Telegraph blvd.
