Overgrown lot

Thank you for contacting the City of Richmond. The Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Division for the City has received your complaint today regarding the property listed above and we have assigned a Code Enforcement Inspector to review the problem that you reported.

As of June 21st the property is still not in the condition that it should be. A half hearted effort of the young owners to clean out the weeds from the fence is all that has been done to the property. Everyone else on this block keeps their property trimmed and mowed, this property should not be the exception.

The Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector has indicated in the case file, that the reported issue(s) has/have been corrected to meet code regulations. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

The property does not meet code regulations. It is in the same condition that is was in when reported in late May.
