Illegal dumping from white van of construction workers. I believe they may live in the apartment building with all the razor fencing across the street; or in the small bungalows right next door as they also contribute to throwing waste in that ditch. They unloaded lots of waste in the ditch that needs to be removed as soon as possible please.
