Description
This a residential street with an elementary school. The speed limit is 30mph, but hardly anyone (except perhaps the residents) drive this fast. Most people drive 50mph or higher, because of the the street is a straightaway with no stop signs or traffic lights. Something has to happen (e.g., more cops, stop signs, speed bumps, etc.) to keep this street safe.
