Developing and expanding pothole, Market at Stanford.
There are several, it looks like the top layer of asphalt is separating from a lower level. Either way this pothole cluster is small but growing.

Repair now will save money in short order. This is exactly the type of pothole where a temporary patch keeps things from getting expensive. The pavement is in fine condition otherwise.

This issue was fixed, but very poorly.
The patch is not the full depth of the pothole, and there is no tar to seal the edges meaning water will get into the cracks.

The patch was made, but not 3 or 4 feet away are additional were potholes not filled.

It looks like low quality work.
Please do not close this issue until the area is fixed -- keeping it open is the only way for SeeClickFix users to
