Reporting a homeless man that has been at this intersection for at least 6 months now. Usually at this intersection on most days I’m coming home from work and weekends. A lot of times his shopping cart and trash are there with him or left there when he isn’t. He’s typically harassing passing cars for change and today saw him take his crutch and threaten to throw it at a car. His behavior seems to be off and on erratic more and more. This man needs to be taken to a proper shelter.
