We reported broken light to See, Click, Fix. After waiting for some time (at least 4-5 weeks), staff called the UI to check on request. UI had no record of request from See, Click, Fix. However, UI came out immediately to fix light.
Consequently, the light was only partially fixed as it has two flood lights from the pole, UI only fixed one of them.
