Illegal dumping goes on every day, every hour, illegal drug use, syringe needles have been spotted on the sidewalk in multiple areas. Also, this IS a walking route for.kids going to Melrose school. stolen property (especially bikes). uhaul and the property across the street need to do a better job of not having loitering around. This issue is on going for over a year and nothing has been done!
