Pinellas County Public Works has reassigned the reported SCF 5303032 issue to Pinellas County Development Review Services (DRS) for private drainage. Dept of Environmental Mgmt (DEM) is currently working with DRS staff and SWFWMD to get the weir repaired or replaced. Per in agreement with DRS and SWFWMD, “DEM are to take on all pond issues and they, DRS and SWFWMD deal with other Site Plan issues”.
Public Works has closed the Work Request #1775923 that was created associated to this issue.

On May 30, 2019, the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) sent a Notice of Permit Condition Violation to the Countryside Palms Homeowners Association regarding the erosion issue.
Per the letter a Statement of Inspection must be provided to SWFWMD no later than June 29, 2019.
This item will remain open and additional information posted when received by this office.
