Few new to the area and now thefts are happening. Cell Phone stolen by young skinny african american male riding dark color bicycle (retrieved when thiefs mother answered it stating it was her son's phone), woman's purse stolen from car, lots of solar landscape lights being taken. Was always a quiet area but with homes being foreclosed and parents wanting a better life for children, they're bringing trouble children who do not appreciate others in the area and continue their criminal activity.

Thefts are bold brazen daytime and cowardly nighttime hours
