Our City of Oakland, and all the cities need our sidewalk GARBAGE CANS put back on the streets corners. Bolt them down with IN only lids. Since cans were taken away trash is tossed every on the streets. People need JOBS. Give them jobs to go around to empty the trash cans maybe. I recently seen on an Oakland street w/a can at each end of the 2 block street and they were being used for garbage and the street . BRING BACK CITY GARBAGE CANS! BRING BACK CITY STREET GARBAGE CANS!
