Increasing homeless population doing drugs, accosting and harassing you as you walk, human waste, excrement on the sidewalks. Danger to life and health of tax paying law abiding citizens who live in this area. Illegal placement of tents, furniture etc. on sidewalks etc. that is not being addressed.
