Nothing has been done about this problem. Since it's been an open issue for more than five years, I guess it's safe to assume it isn't just a matter of the Streets Department or L&I getting around to doing something, or of waiting for the adjacent property owner (-slash-perpetrator) to respond to an order to fix their vandalism.
Do City agencies even look at SeeClickFix Dot Com? I'll leave this report open, for what it's worth.
