Please evaluate and install a new "no turn on red" sign for inbound (southbound) Canal Road NW traffic at the stoplight with Reservoir Road NW. Bizarrely, drivers are trying to turn right on red down the driveway toward Fletcher's Boathouse. But this messes up the entire traffic light sequence because the drivers heading up the driveway have a green light to come up the driveway. The driver making a right turn on red blocks the driver with the green light from coming up the driveway. Thanks.
