Description

Vehicles illegally park in front of a No parking anytime sign posted by the city of Oakland each night. I can't open my swinging gate nor get out of my driveway for the street is narrow, one way and, cars parked near my driveway on the sidewalk prevent me from getting out of my driveway without assistance. Cars should be towed yet, they are allowed to move and they just return once the parking enforcement officer leaves.
