The traffic signal turning left from kempsville rd to Indian river rd toward Ferrell pkwy is allowing 2 cars to get through. This is ridiculous. They have lowered the lane down from two lanes to one but are allowing EVEN less cars. It's ridiculous. Going all other directions the light stays green forever. It's going to be a long time before this construction is finished so at least fix the light!
