Stoplight is giving priority to Heald and stopping traffic on Lynnhaven regardless of direction

The timing on this signal is messed up. It will stay red for traffic on independence toward Salem rd and the turn signal for independence to round hill drive in from of church is stuck on. Cars pull up and before they can clear round hill, it is turning yellow. This has been happening for the last 3-4 weeks and nothing is being done to correct it. 2nd report.

The green and turn signal for independence for travel toward Indian River are stuck on and stops traffic on independence toward Salem rd. This was not like this previously and for last 2 weeks it has forced traffic to stop for a turning vehicle when nothing is coming or waiting at light.

Many times the turn signals on Ferrell Pkwy to turn onto Indian Lakes are red and nothing is coming. After the protected turn signal, can these be turned to flashing yellow. Cars wind up sitting thru full cycles of the light because the traffic doesn’t roll forward fast enough to get into the turn lane.

When coming from Churchill onto Indian lakes as you cross providence, the timing of the light is off and only 3-4 cars get thru light. There is a camera on the light and you can see 30+ cars lined up down Churchill. The light needs to hold longer for cross traffic.
