Owner of truck lives at 517.princeton street. He drives his work truck home at night. When it is only his truck, he does park in his own driveway. At least twice a week, he brings home a trailer attached to truck. He then parks the truck with trailer (20+ feet long) in the street, restricting the passing area and cutting off visibility on a hill
