Description

When we travel from Northgate High School towards Ygnacio Valley Road, the foliage on the trees on the right side of Walnut Avenue as you approach the pedestrian crosswalk near the Fire Station obstructs the view of joggers waiting at the crosswalk to cross the street. We cannot see them until we are very close to the crosswalk and then we slam on our brakes.
