Thank you for the inquiry. Per zoning, the RV would have to be stored 20 feet back from the front property line. Staff can check the property but it may very well be possible to park this in its current location.
I measured the distance and it is not anywhere near 20 ft from property line which is 8'-0 inside the curb line. I hope that your staff knows the difference between the property line and the curb line. Thanks
The measurement is taken from the property line which our mapping system shows as being as the inside edge of the curb. If the RV is parked greater than 20' from the front property line then it would be stored within our zoning regulations and not a violation of our municipal code.
I measured this with a tape measure and it is NOT 20 feet from the property line which is NOT the street curb line but about 6 feet closer to the house than the street curb line. Your Google map info is not accurate and does not reflect the actual property line locations. Sorry!
