Thank you for the quick response! Are you able to tell me what the second trait is that makes this legal? I may be wrong - but I've heard if it's only legal if it's the individual's only form of transportation. The RV inhabitant drives 2 other cars day to day, and the RV has moved 1 time in the last 7 or 8 years we have lived in the neighborhood. There are bushes growing behind the vehicle such that it can't even pull out of the driveway these days.
