  Thank you for the inquiry. The City already has a case on this property related to the RV. Per its length and a second trait, its actually legal to park the RV at this location in the driveway.

  Thank you for the quick response! Are you able to tell me what the second trait is that makes this legal? I may be wrong - but I've heard if it's only legal if it's the individual's only form of transportation. The RV inhabitant drives 2 other cars day to day, and the RV has moved 1 time in the last 7 or 8 years we have lived in the neighborhood. There are bushes growing behind the vehicle such that it can't even pull out of the driveway these days.
