A car full of trash is parked on bishop street on the corner with whitney. Is it abandoned?

There is a station wagon full of trash that has been parking in various spots on Bishop St for several years at least. If we are talking about the same car, then no, I don't think it's abandoned. It moves around, and I have seen an individual opening it.

It's not abandoned. I've seen it parked at stop and shop a couple weeks ago.

I don't think it's abandoned. It's been there for some months, but it gets moved for street sweeping, and I've seen it parked at stop & shop....
