Opis

So the speed limit is 40mph. I was T-boned by someone doing 70mph. The fine folks at the TPD faulted both of us. Me for illegal backing and he for excessive speed. Not sure how this would differ from Reckless Driving as I would not be here to type this had the idiot hit me in a different part of the truck! I just bought this damned house and now I want to move!
Figure it out uniformed people!

I was rear ended on Norfolk Road and wasn't even stopped. All of the roads up in this area need surveillance. Cars pass on double lines, speed and pass school buses because they cannot stop. Had one child that had to dive into his driveway and was trying to cross in front of the stopped bus when a speeding car could not stop.

I totally agree. Its a lovely street, but for some reason its a drag strip. I'm scared out of my wits just taking a walk up the road. Why don't the cops post themselves somewhere on the week-ends or during "rush" hour when its the most crazy? I've also almost been hit turning into my driveway. People have no patience at all!
