Sharraxaadda
The residents at 191 Williams Circle SW have allowed their garbage cans to overflow with trash and have not placed them on the curb to be emptied in over 3 weeks. They are placing their trash in lawn bags and piling them on their porch/carport area. As of today I have seen at least 4-6 bags. Trash is being scattered about by coyotes, raccoons, possums and rats/mice.
