Hi Christopher, the two issues I'm seeing in your posts are possibly abandoned vehicles and vehicles with questionable registration. This SCF category is monitored by the city's Transportation, Traffic & Parking Dept, and our staff is able to investigate the abandoned vehicle aspect of your complaint which we've dispatched officers to do. The registration issue unfortunately does not fall within our departments purview, and I believe the enforcing agency for this complaint would be the police. We will continue investigating this area for abandoned vehicles, but I encourage you to call the New Haven Police non-emergency line at (203)946-6316 to inquire about the enforcement of your registration request.

Parking enforcement personnel investigated this issue and issued citations to all vehicles found in violation. A delinquency ticket has been issued to said vehicle and a towing company has been called for follow up. We are closing this issue, but if the problem persists please generate a new request with verified information and details. Thank you for your help in this matter.
