east haven refuses to do anything about anything except collect its money. they dont monitor these boards and going to town hall you get sent to 5 different offices and finally when you get the right one, the person is on vacation. go figure. we should get together and try to get the town to monitor these boards or some similiar alternative. a 311 website or phone line, something of that nature.
