Sharraxaadda

This place is a mess. We have NO civic association to tell. Tarps covering whole front of house and plants since last freeze a week or so ago. 3 Lounge chairs with ripped up cushions tired and tools all in front yard, multi vehicles, weeds and plants growing in gutters. Their dog poops all over front yard and right by my car. I've stepped in it multiple times Need help getting them to clean up
