It is not a private mailbox. It is a package box that serves the neighborhood. The Post Office said it is not their responsibility.

Thank you. We now have more information on the package box. It was struck by a Ramsey County plow truck this past winter. It is in the Ramsey County damaged property claims process and the City's Public Works Director is staying in contact with them to facilitate the repair.
