Description

In front of PS 9 every morning people park right by the bus stop in front of the school. It cause MTA busses to drive around them as parents are attempting to pull to the curb for the stop and drop. This morning there was almost another accident. I have complained to 311 several times with no result. This is between 7:30 and 8am every school day.
