If this is the blue house with the tall fence in front I have returned this dog before. I have found him wanderig the street before.

Please keep him on a leash or get an electric fence. He is obviously outsmarting you regularly:) I don't want another dog but if he shows up at my house, I'm keepin him. He is cute:) lol

You are very lucky he was not hit by a car, Quinnipiac Ave is a very busy street. You should go to either Petco or Petsmart and get a name tag. Both have a machine that will do it as you wait.
