Hello, I am submitting this image of my neighbor at 670 Vernon Street who constantly puts up illegal "no parking" signs when residents of their condominium complex are moving in. In the attached image, you can see that they put up cones and "no parking" signs that are not sanctioned through the City of Oakland. This has happened several times over the past year. I have not taken pictures previously. Additionally, I read the disclaimers listed on this page and I know that this is not a website to contest parking tickets. However, I would like to mention and add that I have already contested a related parking ticket in front of this same building (670 Vernon St) because I believe that the manager illegally painted the curb red to make it easier for residents of their building to pull out into the street from the garage.
