Description

2nd request to patch the pothole surrounding a metal plate (possibly City cleanout) in the middle of the street. This street is one lane and it is now impossible to drive around the depression if there are cars parked on either side of the street. I sent a service request in about 5 months ago. Nothing has been done about it, and of course these things get progressively worse.
