Add flex posts to the bike lane to prevent cars from entering bike lane. A daily occurrence with car sharing companies and other vehicles endangering the lives of bike pedestrians

Issuse was submitted in Nov 2018. at the same time 1st st NE and K St NE was submitted and that was completed. Why was 1st St NE and L st NE completed at the same time? This section is dangerous because cars cur into the bike lane to pock up and drop off passengers.
