Description

Every day there are cars/SUVs parked on the sidewalk around the Harlem-125 St Metro-North station (126 St side), forcing pedestrians into the street to contend with speeding drivers. The illegally-parked vehicles typically display a Metro-North safety vest on the dashboard, as though this excuses such entitled behaviour. This creates a hazard to pedestrians and the vehicles should be promptly towed.
