There seems to be a car always parked up to the crosswalk on the corner of Church and Union specifically on the Union street heading towards High. This creates a number of hazards with vehicles turning from Church street and with pedestrians as they try to cross. It would be helpful and more safe to paint the curb and install no parking signs to prevent some of the these vehicles from parking so close to the crosswalk.
