Description

The residents of 1821 North Capitol Street NE continue to illegally dump TONS of trash (e.g.: old television sets, rugs, overflowing trash bins etc) in front of 15 Seaton Place NE. They do this almost weekly and it creates massive piles of trash on the sidewalk.
