This is an on going issue. The light of the 3 way turn lane is timed horribly and cars continue to block the intersection. It causes a backup on the 2 turn lane off of Independence, as people can not turn due to blocking the intersection. In addition, the 2 lane turn is entirely too short. The light is green for about 4 seconds, then is red for 2 whole rotations. If you miss that light, you are there for at least 5 minutes.
