over 3 weeks ago we have the lovely rain storm that uprooted a tree, not a large one but currently the tree is hanging over the property line and another tree is holding it up, another severe storm and that tree may fall and either damage property or even worse hurt or kill a dog or person.
the church property has been notified weeks ago and has made no attempts to fix this... what to do?
