S. sidewalk has completely sunk 6-9inches into the ground creating an impervious surface that holds water and mud when dry. lift, replace or remove this section of sidewalk. this is serving no purpose in it's current state

In addition to neighborhood residents walking to the park, a number of high school students walk this way after school. The path around the sunken section goes through the neighbors yard, as the original path has been compressed with use it has gotten muddy and a new wider path has been worn down.
